I'm not sure about the no ip pim dm-fallback, but the ip
pim spt-threshold infinity prevents the DR in a Sparse Mode configuration to
switch to the SPT to the source.

Hi All
That command is spot on if I remember correctly. While we're on this
subject what are the differences between 'no ip pim dm-fallback' and 'ip
pim spt-threshold infinity' ??

One last thought is that with Auto-RP and sparse mode is that I think it
is a good idea to configure no ip pim dm-fallback (I can't remember the
exact command but it's close to that).
