The answer is:
For scenario 1, 20
For scenario 2 and 3, the metric is 20 on the configured router and 30 on
its neighbor (indicating a MED of 30 is sent).

however, does just giving you the answer help? Saving up these things ans
trying them out on a rack gives a much better experience IMHO.
