just confirming, should we configure

snmp-server community cisco ro/rw,

if we being asked to configure rmon to send traps in the event of particular
event occured with community 'cisco', as my understanding that the above
command if the NMS want to pull/change particular snmp information with
community 'cisco', not used if the router want to send trap
