I'm not sure I follow exactly.
Separating the question of queuing from drop, the following is true.
Packets get placed on the wire according to the queueing strategy you have
configured for the class.
Packets are dropped according to the drop mechanism you have configured for
the class, this will either be tail drop by default, or you can configure
random drop based off DSCP value.
I'm sure I'm missing the essence of your question. AFAIK there is no
differentiation of queue treatment or drop for different DSCP value packets
until you configure something like a specific queueing or drop policy.
