OSPF over Frame Relay!

in OSPF routing protocol over frame relay
R1 using Point to Multipoint
    network 1.1.1.1 area 0
    network 10.0.0.0 area 1

R2 using Point to point
    network 1.1.1.2 area 0
    network 20.0.0.0 area 2

and we're not allow to use ip ospf network command

i can form the neighbor adjacency by manually specified neighbor in R1... and
change the hellointerval in R2..

when i do a sh ip ospf database... i can see network 20.0.0.0 in R1, and
network 10.0.0.0 in R2..

but it doesn't show up in routing table...

when i issue the command. ip ospf network broadcast in R2..

everything works fine...

any clue ?
