!! Assuming that the fee for the MCast group in entering this interface

Have a question on the way to rate limit traffic from one group lets say
239.39.39.39 to 50k and all other multicast groups to 100k. How would I
accomplish this on a router's interface?
ip multicast rate-limit?
or rate-limit access-group?
