int e0/0
ip multicast rate-limit in group-list 10 50
ip multicast rate-limit in group-list 11 100
ip multicast rate-limit out group-list 10 50
ip multicast rate-limit out group-list 11 100
access-list 10 permit 239.39.39.39
access-list 11 deny 239.39.39.39
access-list 11 permit 224.0.0.0 15.255.255.255
