The most usefull of those numbers are 0 15, it is understandable that the
next number should be higher than 15, since it is the number at which the
router will start dropping all traffics.

The fourth number is optional and the router will select one for you, if you
omit it.

It is kind of one of those questions that will fit in properly in one's ever
expanding "Ask the proctor Question Box".
