dial up to a router AUX port

I have a 1721 router and a US Robatics modem. I configured the router AUX
port and tried to dial to it in my office. It worked fine. I then ship it to
a remote location but I was not able to connect. I heard modem sound when I
dialed but Hyperterminal gave an error "No Carrier". The following is the
router AUX configuration. Any advice? Yoshi
