Using the IP Multicast Helper Map command

I am trying to understand how this command is used to convert from
broadcast to multicast and then back to broadcast to a single host address.
From this example from what I can see if I wanted to convert the multicast
to broadcast on the destination subnet I can use ip broadcast-address
172.16.0.255 and ip multicast helper-map 224.5.5.5 172.16.0.255 ? At least I
think ;) Would I just be able to send this to a single host on the
destination side ? Like if I just wanted to send this to 172.16.0.11 would I
use ip broadcast-address 172.16.0.11 and ip multicast helper-map 224.5.5.5
172.16.0.11 ?

   Thanks,
