SV: hold down a route

when, I do not think that this has anything to do with this. I did in fact
know the answer to this
last summre, but have completly forgotten this. Anyway, the other router is
a BB router, and in the
lab you would not have access to a router like this. From my memory, this
has nothing do do with rip
really, but rather as router tuning feature... So any more ideas

A bit messy, but you could change the timeouts on the routes in rip.
