Changing lookback addresses from /24's to 32's

In OSPF when you add a loopback address into the routing protocol it is seen
as a /32. I have noticed when adding a loopback address in EIGRP and RIP it
is seen as a /24. Is there a way besides changing the subnet mask to change
the route from a /24 to a /32 ?
