Try using a route-map with the redistribution statement. Just set the metric to 0.

If we are redistributing between the eigrp and the OSPF, while redistributing the EIGRP routes in the OSPF how can we set the METRIC value to (0), means in the routing table of OSPF router the route should appear as follows;
E2 192.168.2.0 [110/0] via 2.2.2.2
