Another good way to test call routing is to install the DNA tools (Dialed
Number Analyzer). Check it out as it will help debug your dialing plan.

What is the best way to troubleshoot Outside Dial Tone on a Call Manager

I am supposed to get the offnet dial Tone right after I press Digit 9 on
IP Phone instead the Offnet Dial Tone appears after pressing 9 and then 1.
