So my understanding from your email is. That the AR = CIR = 256Kbps, and the
MINCIR = 56kbps
Using the formulas

Be = (AR - CIR ) * Tc / 1000

Bc = (Cir*tc)/1000

You can get the corresponding values, for the map-class
