Mmmm I did not knew that Cisco has adopted RFC 2439 but for IGP Dampening, I
was reading the article, and got more confused, Is there any special formula
for those [half-life-period reuse-threshold] [suppress-threshold
max-suppress [restart-penalty]] , lets I wanna suppress a route for 1 hour
if the interface flaps 4 times?
