Troubleshooting DHCP

Can anyone help me out on understanding the output of the "show" commands that I am using to troubleshoot a DHCP issue?

The problem is that some users (all connected to different switches in the same VLAN) are complaining that their PC's are dynamiclly and randomly resetting their IP addresses to 0.0.0.0 with a mask of 0.0.0.0. I use the show "ip dhcp conflicts" and I see that most of the addresses are in the conflict output. However, these addresses are still being assigned to PC's. My understanding of this is that once the address is in the Conflict database, no devices will be able to use any of the conflicting addresses until the conflict has been resolved.

Also, if anyone has an idea of why PC's are being reset to 0.0.0.0, I would be interested in hearing it.

Note: This is not happening to all PC's, just some.
