BGP routes bouncing

I need some help on a BGP issue I am having. I am running BGP from a layer-3 enabled c3750 to the SP. The BGP neighbor has been stable for about 7 weeks. All routes remain stable in the BGP table, but they are removed from the routing table every 60 seconds. After about a 10 second pause, the routes are injected into the routing table again, and after another 60 seconds the disappear again... and so on and so forth. Does anyone have an idea of what could be causing this?
