Jericho,

This means there's an OSPF mismatch. Check either the;

Area, hello/dead timer, MTU, network type.

Since the DBD retransmission is coming from the switch, it's very likely
it's the switch MTU.

You can change the Switch MTU from the global configuration mode: "system
MTU 1500".
