You could also use CDP. Just put all of the newly discovered DLCI's
under their own subinterfaces:

interface Serial1/0
 no ip address
 encapsulation frame-relay
!
interface Serial1/0.301 point-to-point
 frame-relay interface-dlci 301

interface Serial1/0.302 point-to-point
 frame-relay interface-dlci 302

interface Serial1/0.304 point-to-point

Without know where each DLCI goes, that information is still pretty
useless.
