Hi,
A couple of points here. It is very likely that you would be explicitly
told about Loopback requirements, i.e. the ip address requirements for
loopbacks on each router, however you may not be told what to do with them
:)
I would say that anything that can be configured on a router, and that can
help testing, can and should be used. For example SAA is great for testing
out ip forward protocol and multicast helper maps. But anything you do use,
and is out of scope of the exam questions, I suggest you move before
completion
Simon

Subject: To Loop or not to loop during the lab ?
I have a question regrding the lab exam.
Are we allowed to use loopbacks even though it's not explicitly stated ?
The reason I ask, it makes it easier to configure and troubleshooot.
Do I loose points or get it completely wrong if I use loopbacks even thought
it's not required by the lab exam ?
