I tested what I think your topology is and I only get the summary
on R3.

R5#sh ip os int | i Are|is up
Serial0/1 is up, line protocol is up
  Internet Address 35.35.35.5/24, Area 0
Serial0/0 is up, line protocol is up
  Internet Address 25.25.25.5/24, Area 1
R5#
R5#sh ip rou osp
2.0.0.0/8 is variably subnetted, 2 subnets, 2 masks
O 2.2.2.2/32 [110/65] via 25.25.25.2, 00:03:04, Serial0/0
O 2.0.0.0/8 is a summary, 00:03:04, Null0
     33.0.0.0/32 is subnetted, 1 subnets
O 33.33.33.33 [110/65] via 35.35.35.3, 00:03:04, Serial0/1
R5#
R5#sh run | i area 1
 area 1 range 2.0.0.0 255.0.0.0
 network 25.25.25.0 0.0.0.255 area 1
R5#

The route in question is 2.2.2.2/32 and is seen from Area 0
via Serial 0/0. Then on another router in Area 0 this is what
I see:

R3#sh ip os int | i Area|is up
Loopback33 is up, line protocol is up
  Internet Address 33.33.33.33/32, Area 0
Serial0/1 is up, line protocol is up
  Internet Address 35.35.35.3/24, Area 0
R3#
R3#sh ip rou os
R3#sh ip rou ospf
O IA 2.0.0.0/8 [110/129] via 35.35.35.5, 00:04:58, Serial0/1
     25.0.0.0/24 is subnetted, 1 subnets
O IA 25.25.25.0 [110/128] via 35.35.35.5, 00:05:53, Serial0/1
R3#

I only see the summary on other routers in Area 0. Maybe you
can post the configs.

Regards
Kevin
