Snmp-server enable traps tty command

Hello,

What is this command in real life used for?? I read in the documentation
that this enables traps for TCP session establishment. So a question
appeared:

When we want for example to send the bgp traps we configure:
snmp-server enable traps bgp. Should we also enable the TCP traps by the
above command since BGP session esteblishment is based on TCP?? Just a
thought...
