Hello Group,
I have this question about ATM PVC Traffic Parameters, for example if
one of the tasks requires you to do:
"The ATM PVC should transmit at 40 times the Frame Relay link speed." ,
This should be easy to calculate is you know your speed (is a Peak
parameter) BTW is there any command to know your CIR in a Frame-relay
network?
Hooters#show frame-relay map
Serial0.571 (up): point-to-point dlci, dlci 571(0x23B,0x8CB0), broadcast
status defined, active
Hooters#show frame-relay pvc
PVC Statistics for interface Serial0 (Frame Relay DTE)
Active Inactive Deleted Static
Local 1 0 0 0
Switched 0 0 0 0
Unused 0 0 0 0
DLCI = 571, DLCI USAGE = LOCAL, PVC STATUS = ACTIVE, INTERFACE = Serial0.571
input pkts 7014830 output pkts 6146078 in bytes 982144495
out bytes 1728846007 dropped pkts 0 in FECN pkts 0
in BECN pkts 0 out FECN pkts 0 out BECN pkts 0
in DE pkts 0 out DE pkts 0
out bcast pkts 4624 out bcast bytes 1424178
pvc create time 1d05h, last time pvc status changed 1d04h
interface Serial0.571 point-to-point
ip address Some IP Adrress 255.255.255.252
ip wccp web-cache redirect out
frame-relay interface-dlci 571
end
And the very next task dictates:
"Ensure that the PVC has a Peak Cell Rate of 3M and a minimum Cell Rate
of 1.5M.
How do I do to accomplish this?
Can I use ubr and ubr+ in the same PVC? I think no.. right...
Thanks
Victor.
