I saw some of them even block tunneling on GRE. Antoher way is to use two
ASTERISK serves and run IAX between them. But SIP is doing fine, some of
them does not know what is port number of SIP.
They are many workaround as Henry stated.

will not be blocking SIP, as both might be as important to them. What you
really need to do is to investigate a bit why exactly they blocked it in the
first place and if no solution on the other channels is possible all your
technical solutions might end up being just temporary.
There are some creative ways to go about the technical solutions, tunneling
comes to mind, shifting ports being used, etc.
But in the end, if the ISP has it really bad for you, workarounds like these
could prove of little help to you.
