IPV6 over frame-relay

Hello,
Question:

When generally configuring IPv6 over frame relay should we just map the
global unicast address of the remote side to the dlci. (Which is configured
using ipv6add/64 command)
frame-relay map ipv6 2080:1:1:42::2 102 broadcast

Or also in addition the link-local address as well??
frame-relay map ipv6 FE80::2D0:58FF:FE72:FAE0 102 broadcast

2. If the link local address is not necessary mapped than in which situation
could it be nececcasy to map also or only the link-local ipv6 address.
