The default value in port-security ?

Hi Group,

In the CCNP 3: Multilayer Switching book (ISBN 1-58713-143-9) page 607, Wayner
Lewis stated that the switchport port-security maximum-number-of-addresses
command is used to set the maximum munber of secure MAC address for the
interface. The range is 1 to 128 and the default is 128 .

Well, i did show port-security on both cat2950 & 3550, and the default is
always 1.

So what's the point ? Is this a mistake from Cisco book or there's something
else that i didn't notice.

Thanks.

Kevin
