By defining a reflector port on a switch you are effectively disabling that
port from performing any other functions (bar reflection), therefore your
trunk port will appear down. This is normal behaviour. I would suggest you
use a port that is not being used by anything else

Subject: RSPAN reflector port on trunk
Hi all,
After RSPAN reflector port is applied on trunk port,
the trunk on that port becomes down state.
Rack05SW1;
interface FastEthernet0/24
switchport trunk encapsulation isl
switchport trunk allowed vlan 10,12,100
switchport mode trunk
switchport nonegotiate
monitor session 1 source interface Fa0/2
monitor session 1 destination remote vlan 100 reflector-port Fa0/24
Rack05SW1#sh vlan
Remote SPAN VLANs
------------------------------------------
100
Rack05SW2;
interface FastEthernet0/24
switchport trunk encapsulation isl
switchport trunk allowed vlan 10,12,100
switchport mode trunk
switchport nonegotiate
monitor session 1 destination interface Fa0/10
monitor session 1 source remote vlan 100
Rack05SW2#sh vlan
Remote SPAN VLANs
------------------------------------------
100
Please give any suggestion to me.
Thanks,
KY
