This is expected behaviour the reflector port is used to copy the traffic.
Its an architectural thing have a look at the URL below stating that the
relfector port can not be used once configured:

Look for the text below:
"When you configure a switch port as a reflector port, it is no longer
a normal switch port; only looped-back traffic passes through the
reflector port."
