For the information of 150000 lab candidates, 500000 written candidates,
Never expect to pass on first attempt. who said so..? read this link ,
under 'why you should hire a ccie' heading, read fifth bulletin. it says "He
or she will attempt the lab exam more than once before passing."

So, cisco deliberately need fail you, not all, but above 90%.
