I think that The Default Metric would only work if you are using others
than (E)IGRP in the redistribution part..
I do not have a couple of router here :( , so I have to wait to my next
ProctorLab Session. But in
http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/103/eigrp-toc.html says that: IGRP
metrics are preserved when routes are redistributed into EIGRP with a
different autonomous system, but they are scaled by multiplying the IGRP
metric by the constant 256 (this could be also the same (without the
256) from the reverse logic).
Can you confirm this please and can you also please post your
configurations here, just to have an Idea of the Networks..
