I am sorry, I overlooked your earlier post. I understood it as using the
physical MAC.......
Anyway, it is a good thing that you pointed this out, i never thought of
this subtle difference between HSRP and VRRP. If the questions says, the IP
address of R1 should be the Def Gw for the hosts on the network and R2 must
take over if R1 fails, may be it means configure VRRP or probably GLBP (Does
GLBP behave the same way), but certainly not HSRP, right?
