Hi,

It's mean the bandwidth number,

e.g. the question ask you to bring up the second channel if the 1st channel
bandwidth exceed 32kbps.

then (32/64) * 100% = 50%

then that's "ppp multilink load-threshold 128 either" in your configuration
(*remember care about the question if it ask for direction of the traffic).
