They were messing with their billing system earlier and did something around
august 15th, 2005 according to what I heard. I recently scheduled an exam
and asked them to immediately charge my card, they declined and told me that
they had to wait until 28 days out since the accounting dept. was handling
everything. Hopefully my exam doesnt get dropped, however I think I'm safe
since I did it after the august 15th date. I noticed that everyone who had a
problem was before august 15 so maybe that makes a difference?
