Yes they are a ratio, however the figures you used below would not give you
your desired percentages.
wrrr-queue bandwidth 15 25 30 40
Would give you the following -
(15/110) * 100 = 13.64%
(25/110) *100 = 22.72%
(30/110) * 100 = 27.27%
(40/110) * 100 = 36.36%
Important to note: If you use the priority queue then queue 4 no longer
becomes part of the equation and the ration is determined amongst the first
3 queues

I would just like to clarify the weighting values that are assigned to the
"wrr-queue bandwidth" command on the 3550.
Are the weight values a ratio, if for example I was wanting to assign 15% to
queue 1 , 25% to queue 2 and 30 % to queue 3 and 40 % to queue 4. Would the
command be simply :
wrrr-queue bandwidth 15 25 30 40
