Weight values for WRR

Hi,

I would just like to clarify the weighting values that are assigned to the
"wrr-queue bandwidth" command on the 3550.

Are the weight values a ratio, if for example I was wanting to assign 15% to
queue 1 , 25% to queue 2 and 30 % to queue 3 and 40 % to queue 4. Would the
command be simply :

wrrr-queue bandwidth 15 25 30 40
