Since frame relay never use 'arp' to start with, typing 'no arp frame-relay'
is of no effect. I have read some text and even some vendor CCIE courses,
states that it prevent a router from responsing to 'inverse arp' requests,
but this is untrue . Take it as one of those many cisco commands in the IOS
that does nothing.

Who knows, maybe it is there for future Cisco implementation...

I believe this topic have been addressed recently here in the GS (check the
archives) and the conclusion then was, just like ISDN - It Still Does
Nothing.
