Thanks Gladston for confirming.
that's what I asked a while ago.
I don't have ATM equipment to confirm, so I got this link :
http://cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk39/tk48/technologies_configuration_example09186a0080094ccd.shtml

after I read that link, I got some impression that if we manually mapping (static map list), it doesn't comply with the RFC 1577.
Manual mapping is Cisco's way.

any comments guys?

SVC configured with Classical IP does not need keyword broadcast to send multicast over the SVC.

Any comments appreciated.

Tests:

interface ATM0/0/0.4 multipoint
description SVC-3 CIP
ip address 69.69.4.6 255.255.255.0
atm esi-address 121212121262.00
atm arp-server nsap 47.00000000000000000000000A.121212121292.00
!
svc nsap 47.00000000000000000000000A.121212121292.00

OSPF adjacency goes up.

On the opposite hand, manually configured SVC does need broadcast keyword:

interface ATM0/0/0.2 multipoint
description SVC-1
ip address 69.69.2.6 255.255.255.0
atm esi-address 121212121261.00
!
svc nsap 47.00000000000000000000000A.121212121291.00
protocol ip 69.69.2.9 broadcast

Rack2R6(config-if-atm-vc)#no protocol ip 69.69.2.9 broadcast
Rack2R6(config-if-atm-vc)#protocol ip 69.69.2.9

*Sep 1 12:07:23: IP: s=69.69.2.6 (local), d=224.0.0.5 (ATM0/0/0.2), len 64, sending broad/multicast, proto=89
*Sep 1 12:07:23: IP: s=69.69.2.6 (local), d=224.0.0.5 (ATM0/0/0.2), len 64, encapsulation failed, proto=89
