Clear the config and reboot. I'm guessing some IOS bug causing the unit
to reboot with the current config.
You may have to password recover the unit.

i've got a 3548 switch. my boss gave me a config to paste in for a new
location. i saved the config, reloaded and now the puppy is stuck a
"press
return to get started"....... it stays there for about 20 seconds and
then
seems to reinitialize and then comes right back to "press return to get
started".
what can i do to fix this??? HELP!!!
