1st January I will start my second ccie, please advice

Hi there,

I have a question, maybe someone can help me.
Last week I passed the RS ccie in brussels and I take a break until 1 January, and then I would like to start the Service Provider track.

I think this questions is asked here over and over again ;-) but i didn't find a good answer.

Could somebody give me a brief list of books / studie material for the written (outside of the CCIE page ofcourse).

and more important where can I get ==>> "GOOD QUALITY" <<== Prep labs for the Service provider track and where can I get good & cheap Service Provider Rack rentals???

My second Question: When I post a message on this board, then I first get 5 emails with all kinds of virus protection things bla bla, and I DONT know/ can't reply to your anwers (to say thanks).. What am I doing wrong here.
