guys this is what the Cisco website says:

http://www.cisco.com/web/learning/le3/ccie/ccie_support/faqs.html#q44

Q: How are the lab exams graded?
A: The questions on the lab have specific criterion which need to be
met. The labs are graded by proctors who ensure that all the criterion
of a question are met and points are awarded accordingly. The proctors
do use tools to help gather information from the routers to perform
some preliminary evaluations, but the final decision regarding a
correct or incorrect configuration is in the hands of a trained
proctor.
