I believe it depends on the version of PIX software you are running as to
whether it supports it. Newer versions support it - just use the word
"outside" instead of "inside" (or whatever you called your outside
interface) to the command you use to specify what IP's are allowed.
telnet A.B.C.D 255.255.255.255 outside
