AFAIK,

using those commands you're matching RTP packets (IP/UDP traffic, inside RTP
range, bearing specific payload types). Those have "nothing" to do with
H.323, which, at least will use an initial TCP/IP connection (optionally,
some additional UDP and/or TCPs, for H.245.0 and H.225.0, etc, depending on
H.323 version).
I'd say, no, it does not include it.
