Yes, I help implemented in few mons back for some of our customer accounts are using MPLS for primary inter-communication for all the apps b/t all site and datacenter as hub and spoke but backdoor on their bgp mpls edge routers when they prefer eigrp links for their back end datacenters <=> headquater connections for backup, database push pull, ftp, etc.... RIP AD is raised AD>170 for VSAT backup link as well since do not want VSAT take over external EIGRP routes.
