        IPv4 access-lists do not affect IPv6 traffic since they are
different protocol stacks. If it did that would be like an IPX SAP
access-list affecting IP traffic. Now if you are *tunneling* IPv6
inside IPv4 that is a different story. You may need to permit either
GRE or IPv6IP.
