This is a practice lab indeed, but unfortunately, for this specific lab
(ipexpert 26) there aren't any solutions. :(
Ipv6 global on the ATM interface no problem...

I've seen this problem with PPPoFR as well, where the global
unicast address does not spawn from the virtual-template to the
virtual-access. If this is in a practice lab what version were they
running? Do they provide working configurations and show output for the
solution? This may be fixed in 12.3 or 12.4, but as far as I've seen in
the 12.2 versions it does not work.
