Hi Brian (s),
Lab 17 IEWBv1, task 3 (ATM) requires making the pvc 0/51 on R6.
R6 should be able to ping BB1's ip address 54.1.3.254.

The solution is:
!
interface atm 0/0/0
 pvc 0/51
  broadcast
!

I don't have atm sw to test it. However i don't think you can ping the BB1
without ip add configured on atm interface.
