So basically you can filter mac address based on specific interface and if no interface specified then it filter's to/from all interfaces. Right?

Cisco explians follwoing for interface-id. Address can be reached does this mean it can be discard as well

(Optional) For interface-id, specify the interface on which the address can be reached.
