Hi All, Is it possible to filter specific LSA's from being flooded to other areas. I have read that Type-3's can be filtered but how about Type 5 LSA's. Say I have a redistributed route into OSPF which will show up as LSA-5 and I want it flooded to every other area except area 1. Is that possible without using stub areas or some other variants of the stub feature. I was thinking that it can be filtered from the routing table by using distribute lists but than that would have to be done on every router in the area? Am I right? Thx for the help.
