It turned out it was the PC's firewall.

This is why you shouldn't let your CCIE friends
anywhere near your PC's. We don't normally think of
rebooting to solve problems, and a "firewall" on a PC
is an oxymoron.

Thanks for the reality check. That's why I still
monitor this list.
